How to contact Outerbase support and access further resources.
Open a support ticket
If you already have an Outerbase account, you can submit a support request from our application. To do this, follow the steps below.
- Sign into app.outerbase.com and click on the Help icon in the top right hand corner.
- Within the Help menu, select ‘Support Ticket’.
- Enter the details of your request.
- Click 'Submit Ticket'.
If you do not have an Outerbase account but want to ask a question, you can email us directly at support@outerbase.com.
